The conclusion of the event featured the prestigious 2024 EIT Awards, where recipients from InnoEnergy’s ecosystem claimed a number of the top honors.

Altris, from Sweden, won the The EIT Innovation Team Award in recognition of their stellar team which brought their sustainable sodium-ion batteries to market, helping reduce our dependency on critical materials.

Enline, from Portugal, won the EIT Venture Award in recognition of the digital twin they have developed which is transforming the way we monitor and optimise energy infrastructure.

And, InnoEnergy Master School alumna, Alba Forns from Spain, won 2nd place in The EIT Changemaker Award for her climate finance impact investing platform Climatize.

A big congratulations to each of you and to all the other winners from the EIT community.

InnoEnergy was also proud to represent its ecosystem at the event, and was joined by our portfolio companies ROSI, ecop Technologies GmbH and ACT Blade who participated as guest speakers and exhibitors.

Other speakers include European Commission Vice-President, Margaritis Schinas, explorer and environmentalist, Bertrand Piccard, Members of European Parliament (MEP), Brando Benifei, CEO of Bioxodes, Marc Dechamps, and many more industry, policy, research and academic representatives.
