Applications for intake 2025 will open in September and will be as follows:

• Round 1: 23 September 2024 – 10 November 2024.
  • All programmes and institutions available.

• Round 2: 15 November 2024 – 19 January 2025.
  • All programmes and institutions available.

• Round 3: 27 January 2025 – 09 March 2025.
  • Programmes and institutions available will be announced later.

• Round 4: 17 March 2025 – 20 April 2025.
  • Programmes and institutions available will be announced later.

• Round 5: 24 April 2025 – 01 June 2025.
  • Programmes and institutions available will be announced later.

Would you like to get a head start? You can already start preparing your application.

The application takes place in several stages:

1. Create an account in our online application portal.
2. Agree to the Student Code of Conduct and Privacy Policy.
3. Fill in the online form and upload all required documents.
4. Submit your application.
5. Once you complete these four steps, we check your application and your documents to see if you meet the general eligibility standards. If we miss some of your documents, you may be contacted by EIT InnoEnergy soon after the application deadline.
6. Complete applications are shared with the evaluation committee of each master’s programme. They check your application against their specific admission requirements.
7. The programme evaluation committees rank the selected applicants to their programme.
8. Top-ranked applicants may be called for an online interview or test.
9. All applicants are informed on the outcome of the selection process approximately one month after the application deadline.

In case you are unable to submit the application before a specific deadline, you can submit it in the subsequent application round. The information and files uploaded will remain in your account. You can simply clone the application and choose a new application round.

You can also apply to different programmes in different rounds. Please note that applying multiple times to the same programme does not increase your chance of admission or receiving a scholarship.
