The technical response to the service requested – Is it cover letter? Do I need to explain something specifically for this role, because all responsibilities are clear mentioned in the “Main tasks” of the request?
This is the supplier selection procedure where the potential suppliers are supposed to provide their bids (technical and financial) according to the requirements included in the RFP.
An indication of supplier’s insurance coverage – What is this? Do I need to ask insurance company?
The potential suppliers should present the proof of insurance coverage – corporate insurance that covers different types of operational risks.
In the request for proposal, I could not find Tenderers’ Declaration form. Do you provide it late?
