EIT InnoEnergy becomes a new shareholder of Nabrawind
EIT InnoEnergy has become Nabrawind’s new partner, joining Evoluwind, Barinaga y Alberdi, Sodena and Basarro. The new shareholder exercises the right to purchase the shares it had acquired in the capital increase carried out by Nabrawind last July 2019.
A double milestone
The entry of EIT InnoEnergy into the capital of the Navarran company implies a double milestone. Firstly, the conclusion of the Nabralift tower project, which included the installation of a 160-meter-high prototype in the Navarran town of Eslava and which culminated successfully with the Nabralift market entry through the installation of a 144-meter tall Nabralift tower in Morocco. Secondly, the entry of the new shareholder will strengthen Nabrawind’s position to continue developing its business thanks to the experience and resources that EIT InnoEnergy will contribute with its large team of professionals who operate globally and its experience accompanying young companies of the renewable energy sector. Finally, the entry of the new shareholder also implies that the other product that the Navarra company is marketing, the Nabrajoint modular shovel, will benefit from the support of the EIT InnoEnergy team.
