InnoEnergy Hubs are local offices operated by ambitious partners, who are looking to build their local position, strengthen their business model and become a leading actor in the local ecosystem by playing a role in our European Network.
We are currently looking for partners to operate InnoEnergy Hubs supported by the InnoEnergy Power Alliance platform in the following countries:
Czechia, Greece, Lithuania
InnoEnergy HUB’s scope
Identify, develop, and support promising ideas, startups and entrepreneurs.
Provide access to EIT InnoEnergy services Host and promote EIT InnoEnergy events (via the network of partners).
Perform innovation capacity building services, pre-acceleration programmes.
Actively promote the EIT InnoEnergy Business Model and actively participate in the local ecosystem
Perform local business development services and support sales channels for EIT InnoEnergy portfolio.
InnoEnergy Hubs are supported by the InnoEnergy Power Alliance - an initiative funded through the European Institute of Innovation & Technology Regional Innovation Scheme (EIT RIS), which is a framework developed to increase the innovation capacity in regions in Europe not directly benefitting from the EIT or InnoEnergy activities.
Q1: “Could you please confirm that such consortial Hub is in line with the call and your expectations?”
A1: A potential Hub candidate is eligible to apply for the “Open Call for InnoEnergy Hub applications” as either a single entity or as a consortia (as long as one party is indicated as the lead partner within the consortium and indicated as the lead partner within all activities. The remaining partner’s roles also need to be clearly defined. The roles and responsibilities of each party need to be described in the submitted operational plan proposal.)
