World Efficiency Show & Congress 2015: a fruitful first edition
On October 13-15th 2015, the team of KIC InnoEnergy France and seven of our innovative energy start-ups welcomed visitors and future clients on our booth at World Efficiency in Paris.
World Efficiency Show & Congress is a biennial event for policy makers and businesses looking for resource and climate solutions. The first edition brought together:
- 401 exhibitors from 22 countries on 10,200 m² of exhibition space
- 10,472 visitors from 76 nationalities
- 183 lectures by nearly 500 speakers
- 290 French and international journalists
Two of our experts also animated workshops to present our activities: Laurent Thibaudeau, Innovation Director of KIC InnoEnergy France, on “Support and financing of innovation in the energy field in Europe“, and Raluca Vataseanu, Business Creation Manager of KIC InnoEnergy France, on “Support and financing of innovative start-ups in the energy field“.

We also shared our experience as investors in the energy field throught the conference organised by our media partner GreenUnivers. Raluca Vataseanu, along with Stéphanie Savel, President of our crowdfunding partner WiSEED, and Marc Claverie, Associate in charge of the cleantech sector at Grant Thornton, discussed the following questions: Who are the new investors in the cleantech sector?
