Application rounds for intake 2023 will be as follows:
Round 1: 05 September 2022 - 06 November 2022.
All programmes and institutions available.
Round 2: 14 November 2022 - 22 January 2023.
Round 3: 25 January 2023 - 08 March 2023.
Round 4: 11 March 2023 - 16 April 2023.
Round 5: 19 April 2023 - 11 June 2023.
Programmes and institutions available in Rounds 3, 4 and 5 will be announced later. Non-EU applicants are encouraged to apply during earlier application rounds to ensure sufficient time to process study visas.

Fill in the online form and upload all required documents.
Submit your application.
Once you complete these four stepts, we check your application and your documents to see if you meet the general academic and language eligibility standards. If we miss some of your documents, you may be contacted by EIT InnoEnergy soon after the application deadline.
Complete applications are shared with the evaluation committee of each Master's programme. They check your application against their specific admission requirements.
The programme evaluation committees rank the selected applicants to their programme.
Top-ranked applicants may be called for an online interview or test.
All applicants are informed on the outcome of the selection process approximately one month after the application deadline.
In case you are unable to submit the application before a specific deadline, you can submit it in the subsequent application round. The information and files uploaded will remain in your account. You can simply clone the application and choose a new application round.
You can also apply to different programmes in different rounds. Please note that applying multiple times to the same programme does not increase your chance of admission or receiving a scholarship.
** Local admission letters from your year 1 host university will be issued only after you have paid the registration fee (295 EUR) You will receive the invoice for the registration fee within two weeks after the deadline to accept your offer.
*** The student agreement details your rights and obligations for studying in an EIT InnoEnergy Master's programme, including information about your mobilitiy, study trajectory, fees, any waivers - if applicable - and more. The agreement is signed between the student and iSE Foundation - legal entity in charge of the administrative and financial issues of EIT InnoEnergy programmes.
