Q&A:
We are currently advising your colleagues of EIT InnoEnergy in Germany under an ongoing legal service framework contract. I just saw your request for proposals for legal services.
I understand the scope is focused on Sweden, but also includes legal services with respect to other countries as mentioned on page 3:
– Legal advice for our start-ups, our innovation projects and for our internal needs and projects in Sweden and in other countries where we may have supported start-ups or innovation projects: approximately 800 Total Yearly Hours.
At XXX we could cover services with respect to Germany and France, as we have a strong corporate and energy law practice in both countries.
Would it make sense if we submitted a proposal for legal services limited to Germany and France – or would you rather expect one proposal which covers Sweden AND other countries (which we could by cooperation with a Swedish law firm)?
A brief instruction on this would be most welcome.
The Legal Services in question are essentially related to Swedish companies and cases and requires a deep knowledge of the Swedish Companies Act and Law.
InnoEnergy cannot provide any recommendation.
EIT InnoEnergy received a request to extend the deadline.
After internal discussion it has been decided that the deadline cannot be extended. Proposal submission date remain on 2021-11-19 as per published Request for Proposal.
