We are looking for an Innovative Human Resources Manager who can make a landmark difference to take our organization to the next level on the People side! InnoEnergy has great ambition and we are looking for a personable Senior HR Manager to lead this on all aspects of our business.
Shaping of the HR Function will be done by this role in a strategic as well as operative manner. This is a highly independent function in the field of Human Resources. You will be responsible for running the international HR Function for EIT InnoEnergy and you will be actively involved in the decision making process by the executive board by providing the board (through the CFO) with rich people initiatives to strengthen the success of InnoEnergy.
Human Resources is a trusted partner in business for both the executive board as well as its employees at all levels. It is a strategic function with tactical and operational elements. At this level HR formulates a clear view for HR and acts as a coach / change agent towards the other managers within the company.
He or she will advise, maintain and - where needed - set up a structure on HR related topics like Performance Management, Succession Planning, Bonus Cycle, Merit Increase, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, HR Controlling, Organizational Development, HR Compliance, Recruitment, Harmonization / Standardization, HR Guidelines / Policies, Contract Management, HR Coaching, HR Administration, Health and Safety, Disciplinary / Legal Matters, Payroll, Internal Transfers and People Management.
You will also supervise one Recruiter and interact with the Finance responsible persons in 9 countries who also have HR tasks. You will be expected to lead all HR and people initiatives in InnoEnergy.
Under the responsibility of the CFO/COO, the HR Manager is responsible for the provision of professional, timely and proactive HR services. Working closely with the country leadership team as well as managers on all sites the role is in charge of the full spectrum of HR generalist from recruitment, employment, employee relationship, compensation and benefits to employee development and training. In addition, there may be wider project responsibilities across Europe.

Skills and Qualifications
4-5 years of experience as a Director or Manager HR / Senior HR business partner or equivalent.
Fluent in English
Education: Human Resources / Social Sciences / Master’s degree or equivalent.
