Training: New Technologies in Regulated Electricity Markets

Dive into the current and future electricity market structures

From Monday 23 until Wednesday 25 May, EnergyVille and Smart Grids Flanders present a course on New Technologies in Regulated Electricity Markets, developed these last years as a KIC InnoEnergy educational module. Th course will treat subjects such as the current and future electricity market structures: regulation, defining, finding and exploting flexibility, electricity pricing, interoperability, privacy & security, new upcoming technologies and other related business.

The NTREM training days are the ideal time for you and your colleagues to take a deep dive into the Electricity Market future. The course is complemented by practical testimonials by (international) players and (KIC InnoEnergy) start-ups across Europe. For now, we can affirm the cooperation of UEF, ZWN, MPARE, Ecovat and Open Domo, followed soon by even more names.

Among the participants of the training we include top-level doctoral students from the KIC InnoEnergy PhD School that trains them in the areas of innovation and entrepreneurship. On Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 May they will pitch their original ideas, products and services. This brain-power matchmaking event will help you to broaden your network, adding the game changers of the future.
