This course is an advanced course of Teamwork & Leadership. It was created on the demand of the participants of the last Teamwork & Leadership training who wanted to go deeper in the earning of Teamwork skills.
Through this interactive one-week training, participants will deepen their skills of teamwork and leadership. After completion of the workshop the student should be able to demonstrate the ability of: team interpersonal communication, planning and organizing, tasks distributing and delegating, recognizing and respecting competences. The participant will also discover the different kind of leadership, and the leadership style the most adapted to him/her. This will have great impact on the success of business creations.
During the whole training, participants will exercise by using theatre and psychodrama methods.
Exercise of self-presentation, creating and staging a screenplay will be realized in small groups. Exercises will be recorded with a camera, discussed and accompanied by feedback from the lead and the other participants. Some parts of the workshop will be devoted to individual consultations and exercises.
Intended Learning Outcomes
After the completion of the course students will be able to

- make use of metaphors in public speaking,
- make use of verbal and nonverbal expression in public speaking,

- create a high performance culture through inspirational engagement.Find her/his preferred style of leadership due to her/his personal talents and specific circumstances and how to develop his/her leadership
