Learning beyond the lecture hall

The RENE Master’s programme gives you plenty of chances to meet and engage with our industrial partners, business experts, fellow students, recent graduates and thriving start-ups throughout your two years of study.

Specific opportunities to engage directly with industry partners include:

Master’s School kick-off

All first-year students studying for an InnoEnergy Master’s School programme get together to launch the new academic year, together with teachers and industry experts from across the entire energy value chain.

MSc RENE innovation seminar

Students discuss successful examples of innovation with our industry partners at this two-day event at UPC: Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya · BarcelonaTech. You will also have the opportunity to meet with industrial experts in an informal setting, while getting your first taste of the role of innovation in the renewable energy sector.

Engineering and Business Case®, powered by InnoEnergy

A core part of the MSc RENE programme, the engineering and business case programme consists of three modules that you undertake over two years of study. This is the principle method for real-life interaction between students and companies in the renewable energy sector on the MSc RENE programme. Full details can be found here.

Iberdrola Challenge
